🔁 Returns
• You have 14 days to request a return, starting from the day your order is delivered.
• Items must be unworn and in original condition — just like chosen family, we love them as they are. 💕

Take care of your tote — it’s not just a bag, it’s a statement. 💚

✅ First use
• Gently shake out any dust from production or packaging.
• A quick cold wash before first use is optional — but keeps it fresh.

🌀 Washing
• Turn the tote inside out to protect the print.
• Machine wash cold (max. 30°C) with similar colors.
• Skip the fabric softener and avoid bleach.
• Use a mild detergent to preserve fibers and ink.

🌬️ Drying
• Do not tumble dry — it may shrink or fade the print.
• Hang dry naturally, away from direct sunlight.

🔥 Ironing
• Iron inside out at low temperature (max. 110°C).
• Avoid direct heat on the print.

💡 If the print starts to lift...
Place baking paper over the design and gently iron with medium pressure for 15–20 seconds at 160°C.
