1. Who we are

Vegayn is a proudly queer-owned and plant-based fashion brand based in Germany.

Trading under the name: Vegayn

According to § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged (Kleinunternehmerregelung).

All our products are made-to-order and shipped from Europe via our print-on-demand partners.

2. Orders & fulfillment

All items are printed on demand. Once an order is placed and confirmed, production begins. This means we cannot make changes or cancellations after checkout. Please double-check all information before confirming your order.

We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product availability and to cancel orders if necessary. In such cases, you will be notified promptly.

3. Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Visit our Shipping Policy for more details.

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or unicorn stampedes 🦄 — but we’ll do our best to help if something goes wrong. We are also not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

4. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

5. Pricing & taxes

All prices are final and do not include VAT, according to § 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung). No VAT will be charged.

Customers outside the EU may be subject to import taxes or customs duties, which are the responsibility of the customer and not included in our prices.

All content, logos, product designs, and texts published on this website are the intellectual property of Vegayn and may not be copied, altered, or reused without prior written permission. Be kind — don’t steal. 💚

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Any disputes arising in connection with your order or use of our website will be subject to German jurisdiction.
