At Vegayn, we believe in conscious choices — including the freedom to change your mind. 💚
1. Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
If you are an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection law — no questions asked.
📩 Just email us at hello@vegayn.com with your order number. We’ll reply with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Important: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Products that show signs of use may not be eligible for refund. Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned for hygiene reasons. Customized products cannot be returned unless defective.
2. Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Vegayn covers all internal processing and restocking fees — you only pay for the return postage.
Please do not send returns to our business address. The correct return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. We cannot guarantee receipt of your item without tracking.
3. Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrived damaged, with a defect, or printing issue, email us at hello@vegayn.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will offer a full refund or replacement and cover all return costs in these cases.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. This typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
