At Vegayn, all products are made-to-order and shipped with love from Europe — because fast fashion isn’t our thing. 💚

1. Processing & production time

Every item is printed just for you. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipping. We believe in thoughtful fashion, not mass production.

2. Estimated shipping times

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Germany: 1–2 business days
• European Union: 2–7 business days
• UK, Switzerland & Norway: 4–10 business days
• USA* & Canada: 7–15 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–21 business days

These are estimates provided by our logistics partners. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow its journey. 📦✨

*At the moment, we do not ship to the United States due to high customs duties. We’re working on alternatives.

3. Shipping fees

Shipping costs depend on your delivery region and the total value of your order. Here's a quick overview:

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout. All prices are in euros (€).

4. Customs & import taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s authorities.

These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

5. Lost or delayed shipments

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@vegayn.com. We’ll do our best to assist you.

Please note that delays caused by customs, severe weather, or your local postal service are outside our control. We are also not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
